How to Sign Up on Widoph Remit App

Download our app

Choose your device platform and download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). It's optimized for a seamless experience on both mobile platforms.

Sign up

Open the app and tap Sign Up. Fill in the registration form with your details and create a secure password. Your password must be up to 8 characters and include:

• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number
• At least one special character

Once complete, tap Sign Up to proceed.

Verify your email

We'll send a one-time password (OTP) to your registered email address. Enter the OTP in the app to verify your account and ensure your email is valid.

Complete KYC (Know Your Customer)

To ensure security and compliance, complete the KYC process by providing all requested details. This helps us verify your identity and keep your account safe.

Provide personal information

Fill in your personal details accurately. This information is required to personalize your account and grant access to all features.

Upload a valid ID

Verify your identity by uploading a government-issued ID, such as:

• Passport
• Driver's License
• National ID Card

Ensure your document is clear and legible.

Take a clear photo of your ID

When prompted, take a clear photo of your ID using your device camera. This step ensures your identity matches the submitted document.

Facial verification

For added security, take a selfie for facial verification. The system will compare your selfie to your ID to confirm your identity.

Access your dashboard

Once verification is complete, tap Continue to access your personalized dashboard. From here, you can manage your account, explore features, and enjoy a secure, seamless experience.
